A special offering for the evening of 31 December featuring appetisers, a set menu, a selection of wines and festive treats, followed by the traditional grapes, an open bar, a DJ and dancing.
And for those who wish to extend the evening, there will also be a late-night snack before retiring to the hotel and starting 2027 with our New Year’s Day brunch.

The minimum number of guests required to book an exclusive table is 3.
Tables for 2 people will be shared, with each table seating either 6 or 8 guests.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25 per cent of the total amount must be paid.
The remaining balance must be paid in advance no later than 5 days before the event.
The amount paid is non-refundable.
Tourist tax not included: €2.20 per person.
